Film Direction by Surender Reddy, Art Direction by Narayana Reddy and Story Penned by Vakkantham Vamsi. Direction of photography by Manoj Paramahamsa. Film Race Gurram Budget Approximately 50 crore and original Genre Action, Drama, Thrill, Romance, Comedy. Film First clap On 24 Oct 2012 by Chiranjeevi at hyderabad in Ramanaidu Studios and shooting was started in march 2013 after Completing Iddarammayilatho (2013) of Allu Arjun and photography was started in May 2013. Most of the film shot in Milan, Geneva, Lombardia, Italy, Switzerland, Ramoji Film City, Golkonda, Charminar, Hyderabad, India.

Allu Arjun and Shruti Hassan to work first time with Surender Reddy and S Thaman to compose music and soundtracks for first time to Allu Arjun. Actor Ravi Kishan, well known for Bhojpuri film star and now he is making his first debut telugu film with Race Gurram. Actress Saloni Aswani is casted as secnod lead actress next to Allu Arjun and actor Shaam, Prakash Raj, Suhasini, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Mukesh Rishi and Ashish Vidyarthi will be see in Pivotial roles.

First look and Teaser of film was released on Surender Reddy birthday special 7 Dec 2013. Film is schedule to Release in Summer 2014, First film was set to release for Vijayadashami and later on postponed for January 2014 but now it confirmed to hit the screens in summer 2014.
