Masala is a Remake Bol Bachchan movie in hindi. Ram as Abhishek Bachchan and Venkatesh as Ajay Devgan. In Ramanaidu studios masala movie had its pooja ceremony on 13th march 2013 to start the shooting of movie. Later Shazahn Padamsee and Anjali were to play the siblings of Ram and Venaktesh in the movie. first they though that to name Garam Masala then they renamed as Gol Maal by Producers then again as ram balaram and Masala was conformed. for the movie ram learnt muay thai in thiland to use in movie.
In hyderabad movie schedule was started first with ram and anjali. the movie shooting was also done in Bangalore, Panchgani, Japan, Hokkaido and Thailand. In shooting, Rohit Shetty visited to the shooting and wished the movie to be success, rohit is director of Bol Bachchan.
